How we operate
MortgageBids.ca refers mortgages to cooperating mortgage brokers and lenders under the licensing of Lendmax Inc., FSRA licence #13398. Participating brokerages are individually owned and independently operated, and participating lenders are regulated; each bids only in the markets where it holds federal or provincial licensing. MortgageBids.ca may receive compensation for these referrals. Submit regulatory and compliance requests to compliance@mortgagebids.ca.
