These terms govern use of MortgageBids.ca. [DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW] Bids are made by the lenders and brokerages named on them, which are responsible for their terms. Calculators and rates are estimates for information only. MortgageBids.ca refers mortgages to cooperating mortgage brokers and lenders under the licensing of Lendmax Inc., FSRA licence #13398. Participating brokerages are individually owned and independently operated, and participating lenders are regulated; each bids only in the markets where it holds federal or provincial licensing. MortgageBids.ca may receive compensation for these referrals. Submit regulatory and compliance requests to compliance@mortgagebids.ca.
